Eric Hubbard was born and raised in Rome, NY. Eric’s educational background is an Associates Degree in Mechanical Technology (MVCC, 1973), Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology (Buffalo State, 1975) and Masters of Business Administration (University of Edwardsville, IL, 1980). He also developed engineering and management techniques over the following ten years at IPC.

Eric Hubbard has been co-owner of Hubbard Tool & Die Corporation since 1986. The company has grown from a small tool shop to a company with a 40+ employee precision manufacturing facility. 

Randall Hubbard was born and raised in Rome, NY. Randy’s educational background is an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Technology (MVCC, 1977), Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology (Buffalo State, 1979). Randy worked in the early 1980s for Facet Corporation overseeing production & assembly moved from Elmira, NY to North Carolina. Before working at Hubbard Tool & Die Corporation, Randy was managing Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering at Partlow in New Hartford.

Randall Hubbard has been co-owner of Hubbard Tool & Die Corporation since 1986. The company has grown from a small tool shop to a company with a 40+ employee precision manufacturing facility. 

George Smith has over 25 years of experience in the Wire and Cable Industry. George’s career path started out as a machine operator which developed into a supervisory position to development manager of engineered products. He has knowledge in the fabrication and plating, drawing, stranding, bunching of tin, copper, silver, copper clad steel, and phosphorus bronze.

George Smith’s experience with being a Manager of Maintenance & Engineering, General Manager, Plant Manager, SPC training, Six Sigma & his OSHA training has carried over to him being the current Production Manager/Coordinator for the past 12+ years. 

Jodi Yaworski grew up in Rome, NY and graduated from Kaplan University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jodi started as Office Manager and took on other responsibilities within the company over the past 21 years. Jodi is now Administrative Assistant, Quality Manager, ISO and OSHA coordinator, Human Resources Manager and assists with Shipping/Receiving and Purchasing.
